TAW symposium
John Lucas
>I just got the final proof for the Tennessee Association annual symposium and thought I would pass on the information. It will be August 13 and 14th at the Leu center for arts on the campus of Belmont University in Nashville,tn.
The demonstrators are Johannes Michelsen (the hat turner) Christian Burchard, Rolly Munro from new Zealand, Alan Lacer, John Lucas and Pat Matranga.
This is one of those where I want to be a participant more than a demonstrator. you hate to miss a single demo by any of those great people.
There will also be an invitational turning show selected by Kevin Wallace (I think that's his name) This should be really fabulous. There will of course be an instant gallery and vendors available but I don't have list of those yet.
If your interested it's only $125. Youth from 9 to 17 can attend free. Tennessee Association of Woodturners P.O. box 158296 Nashville, TN 37215
