>I am very pleased to say that I just got a new saw. A Stihl 440 with a 24" bar. And does it cut. I've included a rather funny picture of my new saw with my old 018 behind it.

>You lucky dog!!! I've been wanting a 440 for the last year! Enjoy, and be careful; that thing could take a leg off in the blink of an eye.

>Ya gotta love the Stihl chain saws. If that 018 is still running well, I'll bet you will still use it alot. It is a lot lighter in weight than the 440. Big chain saws are great when you need the power, but they can wear you out trimming little stuff. You are a lucky man! You have both, a large saw and a small saw.
