Spam coincidence or ???

It may all just be coincidence, or ...
Earlier today, I posted a note below in response to David B. naming his new born son Michael Thomas. My first and middle names are Michael Thomas so was just telling David that it's a great name choice :)
Then, just now checking emails, I get a spam that's one of the standard Nigerian type schemes. You know, the sender has millions in US funds that he needs to deposit in a US account and for all my hard work of giving him my bank account number, he'll share the millions with me. As an aside, it is still amazing to me that anyone would fall for a creep like that, but I digress. Anyway, the odd part are the names this guy uses. He says that he is "Thomas Michael" and his "sister" is Theresa Michael, and they are children of David Micheal. So, we have me, Michael Thomas, David B and my wife, Theresa, represented in this particular email. I have to admit, it has me a little spooked. The return email he gave is tistom03@webmail.alfa.com.lb .
I really don't think he "harvested" this info from WC today (he certainly could not have gotten my wife's name from here), but I just think it's a little odd that there were so many coincidences in this one spam. Then again, maybe Mike, Tom and David really are just that popular for names :)

residential permit in your country.
(4) To assist me look for a lucrative business where this
fund will be invested on after transferring the fund.
Moreover, l and my sister Theresa are willing to offer
you 22% of the total sum as compensation for your effort
/input after the successful transfer of this fund to your
account overseas. furthermore you can indicate your option
towards assisting me as l believed that this project would
be concluded within fourteen ( 14 ) days you signify
