>Jorge, the blade can be used on either side of the "T" post. It is a matter of personal preference. When I watched Greg Jensen, the US Rep for Mcnaughton use the corer he started on the right, then switched at the end to the left side to get a little more depth before popping the core out.

That's a nice present you were given!

>I don't know what your question was but from the picture you are set up to use the mini system. You can put the cutter on either side of the support. It makes no difference which side you use but I find the side you show wont let you get as far into the wood as the other side will.

Mike Mahoney has a new tape out on this system you might like to see.

I read through your posts, and first, congratulations on a very nice birthday present! To answer your second question, I do not really pay attention to which side of the gate I put the tool, unless I need as much reach as possible. Then I have to think about it some, but in most cases it does not matter.

Have fun with it! Maybe we will get YOU to do the coring demo at Five Barns this year.

>Bill,

I just visited your site and printed your article.

I did luck out uh? It looks very solid and well made and the fact that the family gave it to me makes it very special.

I'll try to get proficient at it and if I do I'll be glad to do the demo.

Gracias!
