Here's a test of my new photo booth

>Well, after lots of advice and a google search that found a photo box how to...I finally put one together and this is what I have come up with.

This is a white oak burl I turned last night and just kind of let the shape and character of the burl dictate the finished product. The photo box really helped get rid of the shadows that I always had before and I think a little find tuning willl help alot in future pics.

Thanks for the help and I hope you like the turning...any comments or critiques are welcome.

Did you use the Auto white balance setting? It looks a little orange on my computer. If you used tungsten or quartz lights you should be using the Tungsten white balance setting.

Nice looking piece.

>It is very orange on my screen. You can place a piece of white paper or white board in front of the turning and then set your white balance (with the lights on.) That should solve the color tone problem.
