>yep -- ordered a square hooker and only received a round one and an empty plastic bag w/ one cutter floating around the box ... emailed several times, although no reply, i did receive the square hooker in the mail but no replacement for the missing cutters.

also, the center marker doesn't seem to fit.

thought it was just me :>( hope all is well with him.
