>This is a small bowl made from a coolibah burl that I bought over a year ago but was afraid to do anything with until this week. It is 6.5" dia X 3" h. Finished with 2 coats of clear watco then 2 coats of Briwax.

I think I have to agree with the others. The top and bottom don't seem to go together. I have turned pieces ith the same bottom, but continued the same curve up to the rim. Very flower like. Try another without the transition line. I think you'll like it.
