>Hi Dennis,

I just harvested a bunch of Chinese Elm a couple of weeks ago and can't wait to cut into it. I've turned American Elm, but never Chinese. I'm looking forward to it! It's all been prepped and sealed and is ready to go. Looks like you're enjoying yours :)

Reminds me of my Willows

Al Kapocius

>I have a cuppla Corkscrew Willows along the back property line to suck up the spring floods. Trees have two unique properties. First, branches and twigs have a corkscrew twist. Second, all branches fall on my side of the property line. Well almost always. On the week they didn't, both neighbors were off on vacation and I couldn't verify the occurrence.

Can you give any more partikulars on the wood and how it falls into two neat piles?
