>I ordered Bill's Turned Bowl's Made Easy and the DVD I got did not work for me. I struggled with the player attached to my TV and tried to play it on my computer. I came to this board for help and several people offered advice. I downloaded new drivers. This was way techie for me. Still did not work. I'm not sure if I e-mailed Bill or he read about the problems here. Anyway, today I received a new copy and it works and the video is excellent.
Mind you, I have not hounded Bill or even returned the one I had. He just stepped up and sent me one. I feel I aired this problem here, so I wanted to air the solution here also.
