Stuck Live Center Freed

>A day of so ago I was the guy with a stuck live center in the Jet 1442 tailstock (live center came with Jet lathe). Taking a cue from several respondents I cranked the live center back into the tailstock firm and then gave it one more rotation. The live center slid right out.
