>Since Russ is on the road I have to pick a topic that I can handle alone if necessary but hopefully others will step in to take Russ' place. The topic tonight is "How many lathes do you actually need". This will be geared both toward hobby turners and those interested in income from their shop. Kinds of lathes, sizes, options, etc. will be open for discussion. Feel free to name brands, plug your favorite, bash the ones you don't like, etc. It is a night for honesty so long as you don't bash each other.

See you at 9:00 for greetings and misc.; we'll start the topic at 9:30 eastern.

2. Click "enter the chatroom"

3 Type in a user name. Most use their actual name.

It might take a couple minutes to pull up the screen to type in your user name and then a minute or two to get going.

Folks start arriving around 9:00 pm eastern time for hellos. The actual topic starts at 9:30 and usually last an hour then it is open topic.

Good time is usually had by all.
