>Here's another Australian burl, Red Mallee. Kinda small at about 6" wide and a few tall. This is many coats of lacquer. Actaully, after I took these photos, I sanded this and the Wandoo bowl thru all the Micromesh grits, then buffed. They both look many times better than these photos.
