>I also have the vicmarc for my powermatic and love it. Powermatic extended their spindle a little so you could use the setscrew to lock the faceplate on. Some of the chucks won't screw all the way up to the shoulder so make sure you get a couple of those plastic washers just in case. My new vicmarc insert is long enough. I don't know if oneway chucks will seat all the way or not. John

>Unless the 20" has a longer spindle than the 24", both sizes of One Way chucks will fit fine without using any washers. The only washers I ever have to use are for mounting some of the shop made tooling like face plates and vacuum chucks.

Vicmarc Insert locks on spindle?

>Mark, you will kile the Titan chuck. It is one big thing. I have one and use for geep hollow forms because the jaws are 1 5/8" deep. When you tighten down it will stay there.
