The latest nested burl bowl

>This is my latest nested burl bowl. It's big leaf maple burl cap cut into 4 bowls. I decided to put a foot on the outside bowl to both raise the piece and because I had so much of the base of the burl available, I didn't want to just turn it away.
I finished it with a gel poly finish and left it at that. Remember...this is art!!
What do ya think...comments, critiques welcome. Sorry for the crappy pic...

Very nice piece. I saw a shape similar to that a while back that had a large captive ring cut around the neck of the base. It did a lot to break it up and add to the "how'd they do that" factor. Do you have any burls available? I'm staying in downtown Indy on business (at the Westin) until Thursday. Shoot me an e-mail if you have anything and would have time.
