Old bandsaw-dust problem

>I've an old Rockwell model 14 bandsaw that works fine, but throws clouds of dust even with wet wood. I lacks a spout on the lower wheel cover.
Any one know how I might replace that lower cover with something that could be attached to a vacuum? I think the company was taken over by Delta.

>I simply cut a 4" hole in the lower cover and attached a dust collector port over it. Gets about 70% of the dust. When my new bandsaw arrives (Jet 20"), I'm not only going to do the same thing, but I will also be building a box around the entire underside of the table (I never tilt the table). That should get 90% of the dust created.
