>Hey you pen turners out there. How about a little help with corian? What do you use to cut the blanks? What is the best way to glue up blanks to not have a glue line, How do you finish them?

>1. Bandsaw with fine teeth.

2. Like for angles: Cut both pieces at the same time so you get the same angle. Fine teeth, very fine sandpaper glued to a block.

3. Sand all the way to micromesh 12000. Renaissance Wax if you want.
