NEW SHOP SHOTS *LINK*

>I've just uploaded six new Shop Shots to start the New Year. Once again, we are reminded of the talent that's reflected in this diverse group of projects. Here is a brief rundown of the newest shots:

Dave Griessmann built this wonderful Chippendale Chest during a three-day class with Glen Huey of Huey & Son Furniture. The focus was on how to build a case from the ground up without any plans!

Gerald Mayberry used a plan from Norman Vandal's book on Queen Anne furniture to build three beautiful John Gaines III side chairs.

Eduardo Sarmiento Hall has been busy at his lathe making this vase that combines bloodwood and a local species called quina-quina.

Mike Hughes shows us how he relieves stress by tackling a multitude of projects for his home.

Aurele Delaurier enjoys making things from wood that would not normally be. Have a look at what he's cooked up for us this time.

Mike Kelly follows up the cherry blanket chest featured in a much earlier Shop Shot with one from Walnut he made for his wife.

Beautiful work everyone!

>Thanks David,

Great stuff as always. Also, thanks for the reminder of the new shop shots.

We certainly have some very gifted woodworkers that hang out here.
