Re: Stephen Proctor-Marc Adams School

>I was at Marc Adams this July when Stephen was conducting an apprenticeship class. I was in Steve Latta's class. They do an evening BBQ instructor slide show. Stephen was pretty entertaining but hard to understand his accent. He speaks English, not American. His work was pretty artsy for me, a lot of "trick of the eye" stuff which I will not try to spell in French. Made me ask, "How the hell did he do that?" His students spent a lot of time making mock-ups of their designs. I did this recently after I showed a scaled drawing to a client. She was pretty quick saying she liked it. I was hesitant so, I made a full-sized mock-up out of double-walled cardboard fastened with hot-melt glue. She hated it. So, I went back to the drawing baord, another mock-up and a satisifed customer. He has a lot of experience.
