Old tool company in Buffalo

>Does anyone know of a company in Buffalo, NY that made brace drills? I am looking into a corner brace similar to a Millers Falls 502 with a name engraved on the bottom of the palm grip. Only part of the name can be made out but it looks like "FR--- Tool Co". Not sure if more than 3 letters are missing.
Any information or possible search sources would be appreciated.
