Mortise Gauge ID?

>Picked this up at an antiques store for $6. Haven't seen this type before - the one piece slides in and out alng the other and then the screw clamps them together when properly set.
Graduated, but not marked with a maker or patent. Any ideas?

It's a Stanley gage, I don't have any references with me but I'm guessing that style is a 66. Ralph Brendler's website used to have a complete listing of Stanley gages with pictures.
Many Stanley gages aren't marked, but they were the only manufacturer that used a brass "mustache" on the head.
