This couple is going to treasure this piece forever. One hopes it will define some favorite place to sit on a nice morning or evening.

Couple of thoughts come to mind.....The first is that this seat retains all the energy that it generates--the curved lines turn back inward or else terminate in such a way that nothing escapes. And not just the seat and back and arm curves--even down to the way the spindle bases straddle the back seat rail. The thing all flows together, and it's riveting for that reason. Second thing is I like the way that the leg rails key into the legs. Especially the front legs--just as clean and tight as can be.

Congratulations on a tough project done so well.

Why did you go for the offset center legs vs two sets of legs? Or perhaps a single leg on each face?

And who are Harvey and Georgina? I haven't read People this week. :) Best I can guess is Harvey Weinstein and his wife since 2004, Georgina.
