>Our four newest additions run the gamut from big to small. Shots 850 & 851 will be of interest to the hand tool crowd, I think.
In Shot #848, Charles Mak is back with his newest automata design, which includes a link to a video of it. Also in Shot #849, he shares a nice wall-mounted magazine rack he recently completed.
In Shot #850, our New Zealand friend, Dick Goodwin, shares a look at the beautiful beech workbench he made. To create the almost dead flat top surface, he employed a number of Stanley planes, which he reconditioned. His joinery is top drawer and this bench looks like a real winner!
In Shot #851, Rick Lasita shows off his recently completed workshop. Rick contracted out much of the main construction work but had a big hand in several aspects of building his new shop. This looks like a great place to work on all those furniture projects!
If you're like me, I'm sure you'll have questions after viewing these. This is the perfect time and place to ask them, get answers from the craftsman, and open a dialog that may benefit us all. So, if you have something to say, post your responses right here.
