270 degree Euro hinge

>Has anyone used Profesional Hardware and Supply? I am looking at their 270 degree hinge. This is the only hinge I can find that is Euro style, all the other types of 270 degree show a lot of hardware on the outside. I could live with that but thought this may be better.
Any plus or minus regarding the product shown in the link below?
