Anyone have an early style frog they'd sell?

I was wondering if anyone had a spare frog for a #5, #6, or #7 they wanted to sell.
Actually, the only part I need is the yoke-like mechanism that stradles the adjuster nut and moves the blade up and down.
Let me give you the low down. During the summer I picked up an old Miller's Falls No6 for next to nothing. It was missing the chip breaker and the blade was shot. I got a very nice chip breaker from Walt, and the blade was easy enough to buy from LV (actually that one went into my No7, and the 7's blade went into the 6. But you get the point). However, upon installation of the chip breaker and blade assembly I noticed that no matter how much the adjuster nut was advanced, the blade would never move close enough to the mouth. At first I thought that this must be an issue with the chip breaker not being compatible with this particular model/make of plane. So I put the plane away and wrote it off as one that I'd neet to shop for parts on.
It wasn't until I won a nice clean Stanley No6 off of Ebay and had a chance to examine both of the No6s side by side that I noticed something. On the Miller's Falls No 6 the part of the yoke mechanism that is received by the chip breaker appears to be chipped! Therefore, it would never be long enough to engage the hole and move the chip breaker.
So for the last couple weeks I've been trying to find a parts plane at local flea markets and Ebay. And wouldn't you know it, all the ones I find (and sometimes buy!) are too nice to use as parts planes!!
So help me out before I buy ANOTHER No5!! :>) I just don't have the room for another!
What I'm looking for is a frog, or even better yet a nice solid yoke mechanism. One from an early No,5, 6, or 7. The ones offered by Stanely now are those bent metal ones. And I'm not terribly fond of them.
So,.....any help here?
