O/TFirst sign of old age?

Todd O. Cronkhite Maine Native, Presently Away

>Ahhhhhhhh gee, I "sprung" my back this a.m. while trying to pick up a small table saw that was attached to a small table. Really don't think it's a strain, just a muscle spasm, but it has annoyed me all day. Ended up doing nothing in the shop today because of it. :~( I think what's behind this is the fact that I spent all day in the shop yesterday and therefore, I had sweated out to much salt which I didn't replinish, and it caught up with me this morning.

Spent most of the day reading, and consuming salty items such as potato chips. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be as good as new.

>You need a sign to find you way into old age & you say you can see good enough to read it?

I have feelings for old age & they creep up & clobber me when I'm not looking I don't need any sign.

Something to read hmm lets see Aleve bottles Aspirin bottles Vitamin bottles, Bengay tubes etc.
