Stanley 92 repair

>The depth set screw in my Stanley 92 became rusted in place. It's a long story, don't ask. Anyway, in the process of removing it I damaged the screw head. I located replacement screw, that I will have a slot filed into (maybe jewels saw). How long it should be I don't know. Is there a place that identifies all the mechanical dimensions? I tried google but came up dry. Help appreciated.

>The setscrew is used to *remember* the current mouth position. It is nice to have, but not essential to the operation of the plane. Using it can save time and also prevent ramming the front nosepiece into the blade bevel. Sometimes I set mine way inside just to get them out of the way. Whatever happens, the #92 is one sweet little plane. Good luck with yours.
