Best line ever in a woodworking DVD

>I watched Christopher Schwarz's "Coarse Medium & Fine" DVD for the first time over the weekend. This bit just killed me:
"I hear this all the time from hand tool woodworkers that one of the things they love about working with hand tools is that it gives them the chance to slow down, and ponder the details of their project. It allows them to smell the freshly cut wood, and to get in harmony with their material.
That's very bucolic. It's very ill-informed."
(It's even better with his delivery.)
