Yeah, can you belive it, I don't have a LN#3, perhaps once I'm off the smokes I'll buy myself one as a reward. I had gone to the Woodshow in Tampa a few years ago with the intent of buying one, but than Katlian puled out a 7.5 and I brought that home instead. ;~)

>There was a time years back, when I could easily afford to buy a new LN every 4 months or so and so I did because I knew those days wouldn't last long. Sadly, those days are gone now. :~( However, I think once I quit putting my $$$ up in smoke(s) they may come back. :~)

It was also during the days that I had the money to buy them that I had no time to work wood, now I have the Time, but not the money to buy LN's. I'll take the Time over Money any day of the week. Every morning, Monday thru Thursday I can get at least 4 hours of shop time, and than all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday if I want. Time is the almighty to me these days.

Actually, I suppose I could buy a new LN from time to time but I don't simply because I'm getting much more frugal in my old age. I'm glad I got what I got when I got it, but trust me, I don't lay in bed at night pining over getting a new LN.

Truth be told, I'm getting more and more interested in making planes than I am buying them, and am soon to have a go at it. got some material already, just need to quit futzing with the shop itself and get to it is all.

With that said, I am working on a new idea and should have pics of it to post in a few more days at the most. It's not going to be pretty, but it should be functional, and if it works as well as it does in my mind, it'll open up some more storage space, as well as make my most frequently used tools handier while at the bench.
