>A while back I posted my problems with a Stanley 9 1/2 and a Millers Falls 5. Well thanks to help and advice received I modified the iron for the 9 1/2 (dremel with diamond point) and now it works and I bent some piano wire and the chuck works too. I must say the Millers Falls chuck fix was harder as I am not skilled on making tiny bends in piano wire. Never-the-less I am delighted my favorite drill now has a working chuck.
