>I have a Bailey No. 5 and Stanley No. 60 1/2. They both have blades that are out of square. Is there anyone out there in the Phoenix/West Side area that could square up these blades for me?
I am sure I could find a way to make it worth your while. Perhaps a couple of glasses of 15 year old Scotch? Or whatever you like. Let me know!

>I do mine on a combination sander using a miter gage just lightly touch it to the wheel several times until you get it square or you could do it on a belt sander. If you don't have a sander you can do it on a grinder but you need a small flat table with sides square to each other I the grinding wheel you can use a straight edge clamped to the table to guide it I use my fingers against the edge of my Oneway Wolverine grinder tool rest. Its best to develop a way to do it your self because this probably isn't the only time you'll need to do this as you slide down the slippery slope.
I am sharpening the blade for a #60 shave as we speak.

>I have a hand held belt sander, and no grinder. However, I do have a portable oscillating spindle sander, and a drill press too. I could probably use either for this task (just need a drum sander for the drill press.
