What pages were you looking for? Perhaps a little more peer pressure would help!

Thanks for the link! I was able to find Ralph's info on gages... well, most of it I think, but I had some trouble getting some of the pictures to load.

I couldn't find his handsaw page though, which is what I was looking for, or his scraper page. Would be nice if they all could be made available again. Ralph's pages were some of the best I've come across on the web for tool collectors.

If you could, next time you talk to Ralph, let him know his pages were much appreciated and now missed.

ps. I enjoyed looking through galootapolooza.org. You've done a nice job on it. I'll have to see if I can arrange a trip to visit my sister this August (she's not far from Hampshire) :-)

It looks like the archive has copies of his pages from there. For anyone who uses datamp, I added a new feature last night. When you view a patent there are now buttons on the patent detail page that will take you to the first patent, the previous patent, the results page, the next patent and the last patent. The new buttons are shown below.

One alternative might be to have the old brenders.net redirect to the archive, or to your website where you could either display the archive links and have the user choose, or automatically redirect to the archive. That way the many other websites that link Ralph's pages wouldn't have to update their links.
