>of the Stanley parts are interchangeable. I would be surprised if regular frog screws would not work. Seems to me that the easy solution is to find a complete and tricked out #6 on the 'bay. They are pretty reasonably priced and are an excellent source of parts. Good luck with your new project.

>why don't you just try thr screws of one of them rusted beyong all hop #5's that you have waiting for electrolisis? on one of them $3's that you will never use? you could just super glue the frog to on of them in place sinse you will never take them out of the display cabinet no one will ever know.

Rusted beyond all hope #5's? Where?! Where?!

#5's that are sitting around taking up space and will proably nevcer get used by me. Yeah, got about a dozen of those. I don't bother to buy 'em anymore either.

#3's in a display cabinet? Yeah, I wish. They're sitting on open shelves gathering dust. I still buy those if I can get 'em cheap enough. Why? I dunno. They'll never make me rich in my lifetime like #1's are doing now, but maybe when my daughter is an old lady they will her. Who knows. Coarse, finding a #3 around here is pretty rare. Wish I lived in Old Tool Hell. ;~)

Yeah ernie, you know that's a safe bet, as I'd let her win anyhow.

I will say that she is a fiesty little thing, and when push comes to shove she always could and would stand her ground quite firmly.

On the Fatherly Prejudice issue, I merely think that she can do better. Boyfriend is 26 years old now, still lives with mommy, and dosen't have a single thought past the current moment he is living in, and I usually doubt he has one even then. He's from the mindless Nintentendo Generation. now, this is certainly not to say that all kids of this generation is mindless, but I feel that most of them are for the most part, and are very slow to mature. coarse, there is exceptions, but as the word implies, they are the exceptions and not the rule.

These are stricly my own opinions of this generation.
