>The first trial batch is in the works. I rough cut four blanks each of 5/8,1/2,3/8,and 1/4. The 3/16 size is as small as they go, but I am saving those for later because smaller stuff is much harder to make. I had hoped to make a large fillister and maybe a tongue, but if I do they will just be for show. Because of the blade bed, force needs to be constant along the edge or the blade will rotate on the vee. Plows seem to be the only blade type that is practical.

I made a 5/8 blade which works great and I will use that one as a pattern to devise an automated technique. This afternoon I will begin fixturing the mill to find something that works.
