>Derek, thanks for the great recommendation of this movie, really good stuff, especially for a lapsed biker (BMW's mostly, still have one R90S left). Would love to have a bike that looks like that 1920 Indian, without the streamlining shell of course. Also a great movie for all us old codgers (I turned 60 on Sunday) who are trying to maintain the gumption to keep on keeping on.

I probably should have gone to Mexico (where age is more respected) for turning 60, like I did for the 30th; but I didn't, so right now it sounds really old to me, like 40 and 50 never did. Learning about Burt Munro, watching the biopic, has made it seem less old. Ah, the joys of self delusion. :)

I didn't miss your play on words, but since I'm not really an English major, simply taking creative writing courses to try to get good enough to apply for a Michener fellowship, I didn't feel compelled to translate my groan to words. :)

The boomer thing is amazing. I heard on the news tonight that there are 79 million boomers who'll begin retiring next year and reaching 65 in the next 4 years. You may be on the back end of the boomers.
