>Goodell Pratt tools are far from rare and in my experance most are worth less then a simular tool marked Millers Falls. Also I think even after Millers Falls bought up Goodell Pratt they kept making tools marked Goodell Pratt. I have an original late 1930s Millers Falls catalog showing tools that are marked Goodell Pratt.....Todd
