the pricing for this book is all over the place and up to the multiple hundreds of dollars in hardcover. What's going on here and what is a perfect softcover worth? I hope to sell one, but don't understand the spread.
By the way, the Forward in this book is by Ellis .

Not a great book, but I'm glad to hear the price of my imaculate copy is rising. I have all the original hard copies, so maybe I should see if someone wants to pay a foolish price for them for them.
