Weekend with Grand Kids

>Had the grand kids for the weekend. Nana has them over at this time each year to do the Xmas stuff with them. We go and cut a tree, then go to a store and they pick out a xmas gift for their parents. We got the tree up and decorated then we made a wreath out of all the scraps for their parents. Strung Popcorn and Cranberries last night watching a movie.
Today it was my turn to get some work out of them. I've been working on a lamp post for a while and finished it for this weekend. Today we put it up, my grandson helpped dig the hole, while his sister played in the pile of dirt.
We cemented it in and then I had them put their initals in the cement. Back on Laber Day they helpped me build the walkway behind us so this was the finishing touch for them.
There's still more to do, add the lamp, the electrical, I have a sign bracket to add when the cement dries and a sign to crave.
