Help ID'n a Saw

Particulars It HAS a nib. There is no etching nor a medallion. The blade is 25 1/2" long and has 7t/". Also had a odd tooth pattern.
Hand sharpened FrankenSaw?

>With out a medalion or an etch you are going to have a hard time finding out much. I would check with a sanding block where the etch should be...in the middle on the other side of the blade that is shown...and see if not at least a bit of etch remains.
Saw has been sharpened up alot....teeth pattern is what I believe is called "sharpened in the dark in a hurry" pattern ....
$3 ?.....well you didn't pay TOO much over what it is worth.....Todd

>Hi Keven, We had a house full today. I had to set the AC down to about 65 to get a head-start on the cooling it worked (for awhile). Yes SWMBO found me. Many more honey do's. I made an instant serving table out of two strangly tall and narrow (front to back) saw horses and a 5' x 2' piece of 3/4" MDF (not to be confused with Ipe). At least I was able to use a saw and hammer some. I also found another use for salvaged redwood lumber from dumpster diving adventures this past summer.

Kevin, have you tried cutting with these teeth? Who knows, they might do a good job ever tho they do look like hammered goat dooky*.

Not that I've ever actually seens hammered goat dooky, but if it anything like the cow dooky that I used to step when as a kid, I can well imagine that it dosen't look good. Also, if one was to actually hammer some goat dooky to get a better reference I'd recommend wearing a goggles and a dust mask of some type.
