Anyone used MHG chisels? *LINK*

The bolsters are along the same lines as the Sorby sash mortise chisels, too. Which might mean even if one put new handles on them, I don't think the handles would last for a length of time because the lack of support. Could be wrong, though. Often am.

But as an alternative to both the Sorby sash and the LN mortise chisels, they could be a good thing. I believe I've read the steel used in MHG's bench chisels is decent for the price. Assuming they use the same steel, these might be just fine.

But then, because one only needs 2-3 larger mortise chisels, seems the Ray Iles are close enough to the same cost overall, just fewer chisels.
