Anniversary plane??

>Picked up a "nameless" plane the other day at a local antique shop. The only marking is Anniversary stamped into the top of the blade. When I get it home it matches my Sargent VBP # 4 exactly in all aspects of the form. The knob and tote are painted a bright red and the iron is a duller red. Anyone know of the production of this plane? Year? Colors look original. Thanks, Philp
