O/T Cold Start Injecter

>Well, right on cue the S-10 has acted up and won't start. I knew it would because the temp dropped in the lower 60's the other night, and sure enough it didn't. Cranks fine, just no start.
Went truck "window shopping" yesterday and learned of what's called a "cold start injector" that might be the culprit. I Googled it up last night, and sure enough, there is such a thing. Question is: does my '93 4.3 with throttle body have one, and if so what does it look like?
Other than this little cold weather glitch this truck dosen't miss a beat which makes it difficult to justify parting with.
I'm thinking pretty hard on getting a Toyota Tacoma. Seems un-natural to think that way as I've always been a Chevy man, and it also feels just a bit un-American to me. Did go looking for one yesterday, and sure enough, just as was said here before they are hard to find. The salesman searched all over the lot for one he knew they just got in, couldn't find it, so he went and asked a guy inside and we learned that it was sold already.
