moulding planes

does anyone have any tips on storing wooden moulding planes. i have got about 50 of them and whant to store them. putting them on a shelf would mean that when i take one of the rest of them will slide together.
i hope that you know what i mean, english is not my first language.

Sorry, mine is not probably what you are looking for, and there is not near 50 of them.
I store mine in the bottom drawer of my bench. If I exceed this by obtaining more, I would probably build a smallish chest with a lift out till to hold one level with the remainder on the bottom.

>I have a few shelving units like this. The only thing to really watch out for are the planes with fences screwed or nailed on; these planes can scratch up their neighbors when you slide them in or out.

>This is what my storage looks like I hang my shelves on a french clete so I can move the shelves if I ever redesign the shop easily. Check out the poor mans apathacary chest beside it that uses delli meat containers to hold bits and peices. and clamps hang from the cleat easily also.

>Here's a pic of how I store mine. Scrap pine dovetailed box with dividers. It hangs on a French cleat. I cut profiles with them in small scraps and stick them in the same cubby as their respective planes.
