Drill two post holes, set posts and tamp firm, cut to length, notch to hold cross brace, cut and fit cross brace to length, wrap brace wire and tension it. All hand tool work, of sorts, and not very stimulating.

Try digging post holes with a spade sometime! :-(

Post hole augers are wonderful, at least compared to the alternatives.
