Hand Plane Contest @ Indy Octoberfest

>This is just a short note to let people know there will be a hand planing contest at the Octoberfest on October 7th. It will be run very similar to the contest we had in Pennsylvania. I might make a few small changes to see if it can be improved. Prizes are not finalized yet, so there may not be any :) The focus will be on teaching plane usage and sharpening to people who are wanting to learn more about planes. This is a preliminary announcement to give the crowd plenty of time to tune up their planes as well as they can. Details will follow in aproximately two weeks. Please post any ideas you have that you would like to see implemented in this contest.
