>a little over ten years ago my house got broke into. it was totaly emptied out. they took dressers and every thing. I was crusing a local auction house a couple weeks ago they were doing an online police seasure auction. and I came across a couple watches that were mine and got stolen but I did not have the serial #'s to prove it one was an Rolex presidents Oister perpetual day date with a two tone band. it was a present from a good friends wife after he died. I know from a couple scratches that this is my watch and the pocket watch as well. The auction ended at 10:00 and I am the proud reowner of both of my watches for a total of $120.00 I was amazed that it went that cheap. My reserve was alot higher. Some times life treats you well. I just feal so lucky to have this watch back.
