It tracks every on-line classified ad in your area, including all the neighborhood papers, outlying communities, trader papers, greensheets and it tracks e-bay for your area. Their spyder seems to crawl frequently since they are searching a limited number of sites. The ads seem to be very up to date. Just find your city and search. It's a new idea and it works well.
