the latest mailer from Edward Hamiliton (bookseller) has Dunbar's Restoring, Tuning and Using Classic Woodworking Tools listed for $7.95. I think they charge an additional $.40 for charge card processing if you order online. There's a small s+h charge too.
Good price for a great book.
