>Reading WC posts this morning, I clicked a link and wandered around in a forum I don't visit. The last column in the link below surprised me. I suppose George Orwell imagined such things, but still.
I often wonder if someone hasn't already created one comprehensive list of handtool/oldtool forums...sort of a tourist's handbook...annotated with pithy and snide remarks on the dispositions and eccentricities of the locals.
I do notice a set of people who are as likely to be found speaking out on one forum as another. I suppose they comprise the Jet Set. It is amusing to see that a particular person may be peripheral and dismissed when in Monte Carlo, but be the Pooh Bah when in Bombay.
