Are you copying and pasting the url from your browser's address bar without clearing the pre-inserted "http://" that Ellis puts in the link window? This will sometimes cause a link not to show up when posting. If that is the cause, delete the pre-inserted stuff in the link box in your post before pasting the copied url into the link box.
