Help with ID on Wooden Router Plane

>Picked up a couple of wooden old tools. Picture shows both. The rams horn scraper plane is marked Atkins and I found it in their Saw Sense catalogue IDd as a Floor Scraper
The other tool has no markings and looks too well made to have been a craftsman made tool. These were just too good looking to pass up and I had never seen either before.
Any help with ID of more info welcomed.
